Payment Mechanism
The payment mechanism for ITB MUN 2016 is as follows.
1. Upon 48 hours of your registration, you will receive a confirmation email stating your registration has been validated. In this confirmation email, you will be notified regarding the procedures of your payment and template form for payment confirmations (which you have to fill and send to liaison2016@gmail.com after you have completed your payment).
2. You will be given a maximum period of 7 days (for delegate registrations) and 10 days (for delegation registrations) to transfer and complete your payment to the specified bank account below after you have received your confirmation email.

If after 7 or 10 days you have not completed your payment, your registration will be cancelled and we will require you to reregister.
3. After your payment, please fill out the receipt confirmation form with the following document name for delegates [Insert Full Name]-[Council] and for delegation [Name of Head Delegation]-[Name of Institution]

an attached send proof of your transfer receipt (scanned/photographed clearly) and send it back via email to liaison2016@gmail.com
4. Within 48 hours of your payment confirmation email, you will receive another confirmation email from liaison2016@gmail.com stating you are fully registered
